Ryan is the owner of Curtis Advisory Group, LLC which helps clients in all areas of their financial life. Ryan is a Realtor with Santa Barbara Brokers and was fortunate to be raised in Santa Barbara as well as attend both UCSB and Westmont. He has a love for real estate and helping others be confident when making one of their largest investments in their lifetime. He is a consultant rather than salesman and focuses on finding the right property for each client, however long that may take. Ryan especially enjoys helping clients find ways to improve properties and make them more functional and valuable for today's lifestyle. Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart Kim and they have two boys who are currently attending Santa Barbara High School. Ryan enjoys surfing and sailing and all the Santa Barbara has to offer. Ryan currently resides in Montecito.
